Returns and Refunds – Bhishma Infotech

We prioritize customer satisfaction. Returns accepted within 7 days for unused/defective electronics.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with invoice.
  • Defective items: Full refund or replacement.
  • Change of mind: 10% restocking fee applies.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@bhishmainfotech.com with order details and photos within 7 days.
  2. We’ll send a return label (you pay shipping unless defective).
  3. Ship to: 4F, T.P. Mills Rd, Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu 626117.
  4. We inspect in 48 hours and process refund (5-10 days) to original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • No returns on custom items, software, or opened products.
  • We follow Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Shipping fees not refunded unless it’s our error.
